2025 Woodworkers Expo on October 11!
In 2025 we are once again at the Progress Building at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. We have many volunteer opportunities all day Saturday, October 11, and even on Friday, October 10.
Please help us manage all that needs to be done.

Volunteer Role Descriptions
Facility Setup & Teardown
Support event logistics by assisting with:

Vendor move-in/out

Table and chair setup (per layout)

Signage placement

Sweeping and light cleaning

Verifying electrical outlets and lighting
Expo Show Volunteer
Help during the event by:

Greeting attendees at the entrance
-
Promoting the volunteer donation box

Distributing water to guests and vendors
-
Assisting with general questions and needs
-
Monitoring the outdoor tool swap

Supporting the kids’ workshop and membership table
-
Monitoring and supporting Northern Woods and MWWG Gallery areas
