Woodworkers Expo 2026
We welcome your registration to participate as an Exhibitor at the 2026 Expo. Registration provides a display table or area at our Woodworkers Expo to promote your organization, craft, or business. Our standard display area is a 10 foot x 10 foot square, (10x10). Larger spaces can be rented by combining multiple areas.
Public attendance to the Expo will be free again this year, with a suggested $5 contribution at the door. The Woodworkers Guild is a non-profit organization, and we operate the Expo with an all-volunteer staff. That said, there will be a vendor fee for participation to cover expenses.
For 2026 the fees are the same as last year:
$200 for each 10x10 space for business groups with more than 3 employees
$100 for each 10x10 space for all others
The 7th annual Minnesota Woodworkers Guild Expo will be held on Saturday, October 17th, 2026. We will once again be at the Progress Center at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
This year we are expanding to include an optional “Expo Preview” on Friday, October 16th 2-5 pm, followed by a social event from 5-8 pm. Both activities will be at the Progress Center.
Expo Preview:
· Additional time to promote your merchandise/services
· Additional opportunity to sell merchandise
· No additional cost to participate in the Expo Preview
Social Event:
· Buffet dinner and cash bar
· Opportunity to interact with Guild members and the public in a relaxed atmosphere
· We are working on a presentation by a nationally known woodworker; stay tuned for further details!
Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested in participating in the optional Expo Preview and/or Social Event on Friday Oct. 16th, in addition to the Expo on Saturday Oct. 17th.
There is a 12-foot-wide access door for setup and teardown. The building will be available for setup the Friday before the event, with volunteer help available. All participants will have access to electricity within 10 feet of their area, free of charge. Food trucks will be available on the day of the show.

CATEGORY A Tool vendor, lumber, or wood related business, more than 3 employees - There is a $200 participation fee for each 10x10 space.
CATEGORY B All other woodworking businesses, schools, organizations, and crafters - There is a $100 participation fee for each 10x10 space.
