The Minnesota Woodworkers Guild is a volunteer-run organization. Thank you for your interest in volunteering to make the 2024 edition of our Northern Woods Exhibition a great experience for our visitors at the Eden Prairie Center.
The Exhibition is open during Eden Prairier Center hours from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday April 28.
As a volunteer, you are asked to help us recruit new Guild members, mix among the exhibits, greet people, and answer their questions - to the best of your ability. Or, you might be asked to sit at our information table to answer questions, and to help visitors become members of the Guild.
We also need some help Wednesday evening to help our exhibitors get set up, and a few more on Saturday to help move pieces so our professional photographer can photograph award winners.
Here's how to register to volunteer:
Select the "Register Now" button. You can fill out our volunteer registration form. Your name and contact information will be automatically filled in if you are logged in to your account. Select the day(s) and time slot(s) you would like to work. You are welcome to volunteer for multiple dans and/or time slots.
You will receive an email confirming your registration to help. It will include a PDF file showing the days and times for which you have registered.
Besides providing a valuable service to the Guild, you will have an excellent opportinuty to interact with other dedicated woodworkers, and help our visitors learn more about woodworking.
